We’re happy to introduce NextGIS Mobile 2.2 – one of the major components of our platform. NextGIS Mobile (NGM) is a mobile GIS that works under Android. New release brings a ton of new features and updates compared to 2.1.

We’re happy to announce that DTClassifier is back. We’ve made many smaller improvements, but most importantly, DTClassifier can now work under QGIS 2.8 and above.

We are at FOSS4G 2015 in Seoul on Sept. 16-19th. We’ll give a talk “New opensource geospatial software stack from NextGIS” that will intro our platform NextGIS Web, Mobile, QGIS, Manager.

About a week ago GDAL 2.0 was released. GDAL is an raster and vector formats abstraction library in which development we actively participate.

New version of QuickMapServices – QGIS plugin for painless adding of the basemaps as layers is out (more about the plugin).

We’re happy to announce the release of NextGIS Mobile 2.1 – mobile GIS for Android that can display and edit multiple layers of data from different sources (GeoJSON, TMS, local caches).

We’re glad to present ReconstructLine – new plugin for QGIS, which can help with reconstruction of line objects from point features using only their spatial locations.

Together with Roslesozaschita (Forest Protection agency) we have developed a new version of an Android app to collect and work with geodata.
