This support program is designed for new users of GIS and organizations who need just the basic features and basic level of the support.

Support program includes:

Software installation and upgrade

We will install and update software on a monthly basis according to the plan or when update is required (more often) to solve software problems. Upgrading can be done via the Internet or using periodically sent installers.

Two 2-day training course for 1-3 people

Training is conducted in the customer’s office and includes theoretical and practical sections. Normal course duration is 6 hours per day for 2 days or 12 hours for the entire course.

Documentation set

The customer receives latest User Guide and a set of manuals in electronic format.

Two instruction manuals to address a specific task

Upto two specific solutions can be documented as step-by-step detailed tutorials.

Our specialists will be happy to answer your questions about software during business hours.

Two 3-hours consulting sessions at the customer office

Personal communication and consulting are irreplaceable way to complete understanding of customer’s problems. We will be happy to personally advice you on your projects, explain complex technical issues or just show how something works.
